National E-Library of the Komi Republic
This full-text online library includes publications on history, development and the contemporary state of economy, science and culture of the Komi Republic, national literature, music sheets and periodicals from 1920 to the present day.
The project is carried out in collaboration with other major regional libraries, institutions of culture and individual authors. Texts are available in Russian, Komi and some Finno-Ugric languages.
Depending on the status of a publication in terms of intellectual property rights, there are three levels of access:
- green - remote access without authorization;
- yellow - remote access with authorization (name and reader's card number);
- red - on-site access in partnership libraries.
National E-Library of the Russian Federation
The collection consolidates holdings of federal, regional and municipal public libraries, as well as libraries of scientific and educational institutions. The digitized volumes include public property materials with unlimited access.
Access to the entire collection is available in online reading rooms.
In the Komi National Library the access point is the Regional Center of the Presidential Library.
Presidential Library Online Collection
The holdings include digitized copies of printed materials, archive and official documents, museum paraphernalia, and materials originally produced on electronic media. The Presidential Library stores about 500,000 documents; more than 140,000 of them are available online in the public domain.
The entire collection can be accessed through colleges, regional centers and foreign offices of the Presidential Library.
The Komi National Library provides access to the complete collection at the Regional Center of the Presidential Library.
Digital Dissertation Library of the Russian State Library
The collection is universal in subject matter, is updated annually and contains about 919,000 full-text dissertations and abstracts starting from 1985.
The resource is targeted at researchers, post-graduate students, college professors and students.
The collection can be accessed through the system of virtual reading rooms of partnership organizations in Russia. You can check the availability of a particular dissertation or abstract in the public domain of the Russian State Library.
