The National Library of the Komi Republic (or Komi National Library) is a state agency operating under the Komi Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Archives.

We are a free public library with no membership fee or fee on loans.

Most materials from the collections can be borrowed for off-site use by holders of library cards.
