  • coordination of methodological activities with the library departments and other libraries in the region;
  • monitoring, analysis and forecast of library services development in the Komi Republic; 
  • organization and development of continuous professional training of librarians in the region;
  • consultations and practical assistance to professionals of the library community;
  • study, consolidation and integration of best practices, innovations and projects.
